We (Hayley and Ellie!) met each other over instagram in 2020 in the midst of lockdown where we found deep solace in each others content through what was a difficult time for all of us.

Hayley did some of Ellie’s online yoga classes before we met in person in 2021 when Ellie visited for a facial and reflexology treatment. We got on immediately and started trading services for our own wellbeing after both going through some difficult times in our personal lives. We realised that we weren’t making time for ourselves, and that we had a very similar vision, goals and dreams both personally and professionally.

 

One thing we discussed early on was our pipe dream of running our own retreats, but at the time in all honesty, there was some self doubt and a lack of confidence that we could bring something like this together in our already busy lives and thriving businesses that we were building back together, piece by piece. Because a retreat felt too far of a jump from where we were in that moment, we began to create some joint treatments offering multi-level healing that we hope you all get to experience. It was a magical and energetic moment even after our very first session that we had created something really special and we were taken aback at how we worked together so intuitively. And there it was, the boost that we needed to seriously think about creating our own retreats and fully believing we were capable and deserving. We picked up that feeling, ran with it and have not looked back since!

To share what we have created never gets old, the wellness and healing modalities combined are like nothing else on the market and we want to continue sharing that warmth and joy with as may people as we can. The ripple effect is an under-rated thing, you are not only doing this for you, but those around you and your past, present and future self. You truly deserve to experience to be a part of Sõller and we really hope to see you at one of our retreats or partaking in one of our online programs coming next year.
